Well, if your thinking Diamond and pearl (and the future american released (or already released japan) Platinum) then you should be able to breed already in...uh, Solaceon town.

Yeah was playing a leaf green rom and i beat them but damn it i cant get to the breeding place because u cant save on the rom.....Man i need to steal my cousin's DS anyway thanx
