Im trying to make a guild banner with MS Paint, but i can never get the dimensions right.(200x40?) And when i try to install Photoshop(which my bro gave me) it wouldn't even install
Help?

You can set the dimensions in MSPaint by going to: Image > Attributes > You can set the size there...make sure it's set to pixels
What's the problem you're having with Photoshop?

i get the same error with both the trial and real(both by adobe) ill try to confirm error very soon,
and when i set the size in Paint as 200x40 pixels, it just shows that size of the top left piece of the photo
