Sera is an open book with a broken spine. Whether or not she wants you to know what she's thinking, you're most definitely going to find out. It's very easy for one to tell if she is your ally or your enemy. If she has something she needs to say to you, be very certain she is going to say it as loudly as humanly possible and directly to your face.
Despite having such a personality, she gets along very well with other people and is quick to befriend anyone. She does not take well to people addressing her in higher titles such as "My Lady" or "Madam", as is custom at her home. If ever addressed as such by another student or anywhere outside of her home, she will refuse to answer until the honor is dropped from her name.

Sera comes from the second oldest of the Seer clans, making her "sight" fairly strong and stable.

Sera is the daughter of the Housemaster of Avalona and second heir to her Seer clan. Her family is very much respected in both the Faerie and Seer groups, and even feared at times, thanks to their unusually strong "sight" abilities. She has one older brother, who is the main heir to the Rickon house, and one younger sister.
Sera is against the kidnapping of the halflings, knowing that the revival of the Faerie clans is the warning bell to an oncoming war. In spite of the Fae's promise to make her family immortal like them, Sera can not bring herself to fully trust the Faerie leaders, knowing that they are known to be notorious tricksters.
Even so, Sera finds herself unable to stand up to her father and the other clan members about the establishment of Avalona, knowing that their lust for immortality runs deep. She is afraid that if she speaks up, she may be kicked out of the clan and blinded by the Fae. Her only compromise was to attend Avalona as a high-ranking member of the Student Council, though she gave up becoming president in order to take the place of secretary.

Sera does archery in her spare time and has become quite good at it.

Unpleasantly grim, Ren is often a dreary character. It may come as odd as to why he is such a way, but no one asks why. Because of the lineage he was raised in, he is often let alone for fear, intimidation, or dislike. Certainly, it has affected Ren in such a way so as to give him a depressing lacquer. He minds it greatly, for he likes making friends.
Surprisingly, he is an optimist and is one to go to for advice. He is wise and knowledgeable. However, because of his lack of social skills, he doesn’t know how to speak sometimes. Despite this, his prowess is great and he very well opinionated.

Perhaps from one of the most powerful clans, Ren comes from the Lilthe family. His sight is strong, though not always stable.

From his birth, Ren had lived quite an unfortunate life. That is to say, he was born unlucky. His parents thought their heir would be a girl up until he was born, explaining his rather feminine middle name. And since then, from getting lost to falling down stairs, Ren hasn’t had it easy. While this is normal to some, his uncanny unluckiness is almost excessively so, making him often the case of damsel despite his high social status.
As expected of him from the Lilthe clan, he was sent to the establishment came to be known as Avalona. While he doesn’t want to have much to do with the likes of fae, he submits to his family’s will and command.

His clumsiness and knack for unluckiness is sometimes a hindrance, yet he still participates in track and field. He keeps up with his studies as well, usually seen reading something weird.

Eureka is an oddity for sure, and her solitary nature does not aid in her reputation and image in others. Many keep wary for her, for she is often seen as grim omen. However, many find her quite alluring and mysterious, so she has many followers and admirers. She appears quiet and graceful. Her look of demure, however, is only that.
Her intentions are not always whole hearted or sincere. No, Eureka is quite manipulative. She is very in tune with her emotions and often ignores the logical reasoning in her actions. This makes her quite strongly passionate. She is noble yet untamable. She thrives in freedom and power, yet this makes her easily gullible. Her pride is often rather vulnerable.

Eureka was prophesied to be a brilliant genius. She would be an innovator, inventor, and teacher to the world, amassing a great anticipating when she was born. However, as Eureka had come to be raised, she was none of these things except brilliant. She was neither smart nor special in any way, other than her talents in clever word play and voice. One might call it manipulative while others call it alluring. Yet all the same, Eureka called much attention not because she was a genius and creator, but because she was bright and entertaining.
Surely, her parents were disappointed they didn’t have a successful, intelligent child ye they did not complain about her wittiness. Tutors fell in love with her, often obsessively attracted to her. They often threatened to kill themselves, and by this point, they had dismissed them almost weeks after they came. She had no friends, for she had always had issues with them so she was often very alone.
Yet no one was surprised she was invited to Avalona. Surely, such a brilliant and bright child would obviously be accepted to such a prestigious school. Her parents gladly sent her off to such a school, unknowing that the only reason she was accepted was because of her Halfing blood. Seemingly, Fae blood had intermingled with her family line at some point down the line. And so, Eureka has been going to such a school ever since.
She does not question why she cannot leave home or contact her parents; she does not miss them nor her lonely home. Her development since the time she first came to the school has been minimal. However, these traits are rather unnoticeable to Eureka.

Despite the reserved persona she gives off most of the time, Gweyn is rather feisty when spoken to. She has a sharp tongue to match her piercingly sharp temper. She can be rather sarcastic, using such a tone often. She is also still bitter about having become a pureblooded fae and forcibly having to leave a normal life behind.
Unless she is speaking, however, Gweyn doesn't really communicate with much of anyone. This gives people the impression that she thinks that she is above them, giving her an air of arrogance.

Gweyn had not always been part of the fae. She began as a normal human. Given, her life wasn't perfect before the fae came for her and her adoptive brother, but they got adopted at the same time to a loving couple in a normal home. Neither her nor her brother knew of their origin, but quite frankly, neither of them really cared. She loved her life the way it was.
Gweyn had her life all planned out, so when her parents had gotten some letter saying her and her brother were accepted to a prestigious school in Ireland, it changed her plans quite a bit. Of course, given she thought that going overseas would be a pretty good experience, and a prestigious school in Ireland would have been a nice reference for an application. Though, if she knew what she was in for she wouldn't have thought twice about tossing the acceptance out.
Gweyn turned into faerie within mere months of getting there. It turns out that the theory of her parents was that her father was a faerie and her mother was a human with some distant Asrai blood in her lineage. She and her brother are both aware of their situation. Where as her brother accepts what is happening to the two of them, Gweyn is still rather bitter about having to leave her life behind.

Due to her Asrai lineage, Gweyn is rather sensitive to the sun. Thus is why she is so pale and always cold. She is also the student council Vice President.

Kaige is rather relaxed and laid back by nature. He doesn't like to really think ahead and is a bit of an optimist, or at least he tries to be. He is the type of person always trying to make light of the mood. He can be a bit of a deviant when he wants to be, but it's always practically harmless. When he plays music, however, he is usually rather solemn, as is his enticing music.

Kaige was born and sent to a foster home. He doesn't remember most of his time there, though he remembers being adopted to a couple who couldn't have children with another girl named Gweyn. He hadn't really known her at the time of their adoption, but eventually they were having their ups an downs like any other normal pair of siblings. Of course at this point, neither of them had known any about where they had come from, but the collectively decided not to care.
In school, Kaige wasn't the perfect student, but he was rather talented with music. He would always bring an audience, though that audience usually acted a little strangely. It always seemed like they were in a trance of some kind. It was rather... odd to say the least. He completely stopped when he played a song for a girl one time and she ended up drowning. Her death was deemed an accident, but Kaige still felt responsible. Since then, he won't play music of any kind around anyone.
He and his sister had soon been accepted to Avalona, a school overseas, and though Kaige didn't really intend on going to some prestigious school in Ireland, his sister and mother objected, forcing him to go anyway. Once there however, within the first few months his sister was already changed completely. It was only a matter of time until he changed into whatever it was he was.
