There really is an entire section where you have to learn and know how to magically reach people in impossible situations. Reaching through computer screens was one of the examples given. That's awesome. I guess it only works in medical emergency situations tho, right? Well, that's the only time we're supposed to use it...
Well what kinda punishment do you receive if you break the rules and do it when you aren't supposed to do it? |
