I so have not been for the last seven years. I'm pretty sure I voted in the 2008 election because I wanted to vote on Prop 8 in California. But since then I haven't bothered. I might this upcoming 2016 election, if only because Bernie acknowledges transgendered individuals.

I wanted to vote in the primary (not for Trump, that's for sure), but I didn't file for an absentee ballot in time. emo
Actually, I think the whole absentee system is kinda bullshit. I can understand it if you're completely out of the entire freaking state, but for someone who's still in the same exact state just in a different voting district? Why not just have a box at the top of every ballot where you bubble in your home district/zip code and have the computer system automatically count your vote toward your own district's totals?

I've been voting since 2007, I believe. Other than that, I don't really have much interest in political stuff. There might be a couple topics that I might try to keep up-to-date on but I'm not too active about it. I'm definitely not voting for Trump. I didn't like him before he announced he was running for president and the more I hear about the things he does and says, my dislike for him continues to grow.

I am somewhat active. Usually not going beyond voting however. When it comes to presidential elections I've only missed one. Only because then I had a hard time supporting anyone. If I had gone it would have been like, voting for the better of two assholes.
This time I'm putting full support for Bernie Sanders.
Side note when I heard that Donald Trump would have been running for president I thought it was some huge joke. Like 'deez nuts' were. Disappointed to find out it really was not a joke.

10-1, they're all completely insane. You can think someone will be good all you want to. The truth is, they're not completely in charge and they have faults of their own. Sanders has some good points, but socialism doesn't work. It doesn't end well. The cause I can somewhat get behind is flat tax and the elimination of tax loopholes for big business, but those candidates... er... Yeah... Crazy.
No Trump. Trump reminds me of Gore in the previous election, only meaner, with a bigger ego, more money and a bigger hate for everyone. Building the wall is one thing. That was was SUPPOSED to be there even before Trump, but I don't want good friends to disappear or be deported by an extreme president who will blow our national budget his first year in office.
There's also the factor of age. Being the president ages you fast. Look how much Obama has aged. Sanders is already old enough. There's a pretty good chance his health would greatly decline in only his first term.

I'm not really politically active, but I am pro-Bernie and anti-Trump. Trump can go die in a ditch for all I care. He definitely does not need to become president; that's for certain.

▌I've been interested in politics since before I could legally vote. (I was 13, okay.)
Anyway, I was going to vote on Tuesday and had a write in ballot that I didn't cast. But since I live in Maricopa County (yeah that one.) we had a large snafu, so I said ******** it. I'll wait til the national election or our other primary thing in a month or so.
I'm supporting either Bernie or Hillary. I honestly hate both Trump and Cruz, (I lived in Texas previously). We have about 10 more years or so to fix all of our issues and I don't want to see another Republican ******** it up...again.

I hate politics, but i try to keep up on it a bit, considering how much it affects all of us. Our primary voting is in April. I do actually know someone who's running for a state position this year, but unfortunately, he's not in my district. So he won't be on my ballot. *shrug* I supported in other ways, like helping with brochures and stuff instead.
