Okay, maybe you haven't. But this s**t's getting a little old. stare

It was May when Great America put me on suspension and then they terminated me. Then I got two jobs simultaneously, selling tickets to the Odysseo show for Cavalia (but that was a temp job because they packed up their circus and left town in November) and scaring people at Pirates of Emerson (but that only lasted through November as well obviously cuz of Halloween being over). Then I did that short month and a half stint with Casino M8trix because the general manager turned out to be a transphobic b***h and they wouldn't schedule me anything but ******** graveyard so I quit. Then I got another couple jobs simultaneously, selling raffle tickets at my local hockey stadium for the San Jose Sharks, which I'm still doing but the season will end whenever the team strikes out (let's hope for employment through May?), and as a Mascot for Dave & Busters, but D&B claimed they'd be giving me full time 8-hour shifts, 40-hour work weeks and the last three weeks they only scheduled me a single day. So I put in an application at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk again and I got hired on as a Ride Operator and have orientation this Saturday.

I honestly believe the Boardwalk gig will work out and I'm hoping get my feet back under me, cuz I am rather bored of this job-hopping thing I've been caught up in the past almost-year. confused

But I'm also looking into going to grad school for an MBA. I took my GRE and got my scores back just the other day!:

Sorry to hear that. Honestly I haven't worked since 2010 and fortunately I never had that much bad luck with the job scene back when I did work. Good luck with your new job!!!

Well, something permanent is always nice. But the current setup for the economy isn't really designed for people who have finished college/in college to get jobs. At least not permanent ones or ones in their field.

That second one was totally me when I was job searching. I wanted to get something that at least connected to my dream career field, not some random job that just happened to have an opening. Still not exactly doing something directly connected to my dream career... but at least I'm happy doing what I'm doing.
