You need more black in the center. The pink of the ears doesn't really match and you need blue at the head and feet.

The aesthetic appeal is okay, but overall it's not very creative and isn't really balanced. 5/10

Mm, 8/10. It's cute, but you could use a hat that matches better to tie the look together.

7/10. I don't really like the buck teeth too much, and the colors are all too blue without enough complementary colors. Nor do I like the ears all that much. But I really think that the cat, the hair, and the rest of the face is pretty nice.
