I recomend Tool. Out of the two Tool albums I have which on you should get comes down to if you're offended by cursing or not. If so, get Lateralus, if not, get either Lateralus or 10,000 Days.

I can't get to your MySpace, your profile is set to private. Oh well, I'll manage.
Someone suggested that I check out www.pandora.com They try to suggest music based on what you've told them that you already like. I'm having a blast tweaking my private radio station.
country: I'm not much of a country fan, but I suggest Big and Rich, ignore Save a Horse.. and try Wild West Show and Rollin'. Their songHoly Water is amazing.
classic country: Try The Charlie Daniels Band, Legend of Wooly Swamp is chilling.
classic rock: Someone already suggested Jimi Hendrix and Led Zepplin. I'll add to that by suggesting Blue Oyster Cult, Alice Cooper, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, and David Bowie.
I enjoy some old-school rap. Run DMC is far and away my favorite, but Grand Master Flash and Roxanne have some good songs too, I just didn't hear much.
My favorite music to listen to is from the '80's. The Clash, The Cure, The Fixx, Bow Wow Wow, the Bangles, The Call, the Alarm, B-52's, Depeche Mode, New Order, etc. There are so many more that I don't have time to type out.
I hope this helps with your "need new music" phase.

Please try listeing to some Broadway soundtracks. I really like them. A lot of people think they're just stupid people tap-dancing, but they're not. I reccomend:
Sweeney Todd: It's about a barber who kills people. They might be making a movie of it sometime soon, and I heard Johnny Depp might be in it.
Rent: It already is a movie. It's really good. Try the CD, rent the movie.
Les Miserables: Also really good. There's no movie for this, all of the Les Mis movies are from the book, so is the anime schedueled to come out in January.
