I'm Chinese and Japanese. More than 50% Chinese though. My mom's family is from the Wuhan province and my dad's family is from Jiangshu province, though that's where my Japanese heritage also comes from. My parents were both born in Taiwan though and moved to America when they married, so when I speak Mandarin, I'm fluent in that I have no American accent. But I speak with the accent you would use in Taiwan. So... unlike most mainland speakers, I don't say "yidianr" with the "r" sound. I just say "yidian."
