for all of you who tried to help me

This is to all you kind people who tried to help me even though you didnt even know me, i am thankful, but i must say im sorry. i tried, i did really hard but it just wouldnt word so i wrote this poem type thing two nights ago and its all i have to say for now

Metal Love
As the thoughts flash through my mind,
As my hand twitchs toward the blade,
I think to myself,
Is this really right?
But I cant help it.
The pain is taking over,
I try to run away,
And once again it ends up with me facing it again.
The blade is sharp and narrow,
So easily it cuts the flesh.
But then I remember what i've been told,
To never touch it again.
I think about whats going on,
With my life,
And soon my desicion is clear.
As much as I want to make them proud,
to know me as a friend.
The thoughts of the pain disappearing and my mind being clear and calm,
Override this trivial need to make my friends proud.
My hand reachs for the blade theres no turning back now.
Soon it will all be over,
Until the next time of course.
A chance to escape,
A chance to be free.
Which is something i could use.
But just as the blade is about to touch,
I freeze,
A friends plea enters my mind.
Dont touch the blade once more.
Please dont do it again.
I momentarily think about it,
Maybe this is wrong.
Staring down the blade once more,
I begin to cry.
I want to stop, but its to late,
Im to far gone already.
And even if I tried to stop,
Even if I wanted to,
I dont believe I could.
So as I watch the blood roll down my arm,
And slowly hit the floor.
I read the words carved in my arm.
To scar forever more.
To leave the lasting memory,
Of what i feel today.
For me alone,
To see and read,
As my lasting thought.
My fingers slowly trace the word,
Every single letter.
Sending shivers up and down my spine,
the pleasure of knowing what i've done,
I truely feel in power.
The words to me speak nothing but the truth,
No lies hide between their red lines.
To keep with me as a reminder,
Of how I truely think.
So as you read these words,
Judge not the mind that thought it.
Nor the hand whiched Carved,
And simply let it show to you,
A glimpse into my mind. <******** LIFE

Im sorry. I used to do that cutting stuff do but I stopped because I relized my friends were there for me, and I relised I didn't do anything to make me happy. But now you need to relize that. People are there for you, and really want to help, but let them in. Get help, because I know it is really hard for you to stop cutting, but you have to trust yourself, and know if you get help..they can help you stop. I'm so sry!!! I know that doesn't help, but try an cheerup, and find someone who can help k. You have probably been told this before, but look at your arm. See how much you are hurting yourself. Not only are you hurting yourself but they people who love you, because they don't want you to hurt either. Im a complete stranger and don't know you real good, and I still want you to quit hurting yourself. Please atleast think about it. If you ever need to talk then im here. Okay but that peom was beautiful yet sad. If you stay around maybe you can be a poet but you need to quit cutting first. Maybe you should find something else to do instead of cutting like poetry. Poor your emotions into that. Okay then.
