I can help. I'm fluent in Mandarin, and I have a friend who's fluent in Canton. I only see him on Saturdays for school though if you have any question about Canton it'll have to take a little longer for me to answer.... sweatdrop

this is how you say "hello":
cantonese: nei hou
mandarin: ni hao

well..that's one word =D

well i would love to learn chinese fluently but you cant teach a person on the internet...

in order to learn chinese you ahve to learn the different sounds for things...

you dont want to be cursing when your talking to your mom... i mean that can be offensive...
like... ma is a form of cursing but it also means mom, horse, and linen... its all just said differently...
