I usually hit myself on my temples with my fists just to prevent myself from crying or screaming or slamming doors, because it makes me dizzy 'n stuff. 3nodding

Yup I chew the skin around my fingernails... I do it so that I don't bite my nails but it's just as bad!

i actually cut my wrists sweatdrop but i stopped like 2 months ago. cause my friends found out and flipped out on me and helped me. lol but it was cause of my boyfriend he cheated on me. it just helped take the emotional pain away.
