Rules:

1) Don't PM me asking when im going to start, or beg me here when im going to start. Winners are announced after all slots are filled.

2)If i decide to cancel the lottery, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL.

3)upon PM REQUEST ONLY, i will refund your tickets ONLY IF YOU ASK ME BEFORE THE LOTTO HAS BEGUN.

4) obey Gaia TOS. any violators of my rules, or the TOS will VOID ALL RIGHTS TO TICKET REFUND

5) send me the money for the tickets in a trade, and place the amt of tickets you want in the title. example: "I wish to buy X tickets"
