Welcome to the Auction house!
I wanted to make an auction house for the guild, it works like a real one.
You put up and item with a price you want it for,
You'll get at max, half the wanted price back, even if it doesn't sell.

Post 3: 1-25,000 Gold auction
Post 4: 25,001-100,000 auctions
Post 5: 100,000+ auctions

All auctions must be sent via pm to me, in this format:

Sellers name:
Item name:

Wanted price:

All bids start at 1/2 the wanted price, and if the wanted price is insane for the item (100k for a flower) the transaction will not go through, meaning, you will not g6et any refund. All items prices are checked on tektek and the marketplace for absurd values. After sending your auction you must trade me the item. upon receiving it your auction will be added. The house removes a certain ammount of money based on an equation:
Assuming x is the wanted price, y is the tektek price, and z, is the highest reasonable market price.

[(x+y)/4 + (z+y)/4]/8=Auctions take.

So, if a items wanted price is 1000, tektek says its 1500, and the highest value i could find in the market place was 2000, then the auctions take is:

[(1000+1500)/4 + (2000+1500)/4]/8=auctions take
[(2500)/4 + (3500)/4]/8=auctions take
[625+875]/8=auctions take
[1500]/8=auctions take
187.5=auctions take
188=auctions take

Confusing eh?

Now, if your bid does not go through, we basicly use the same equation to give you money, except, we replace the 8 with a 4.

Meaning if that same item didnt go through, you'd get:
[(1000+1500)/4 + (2000+1500)/4]/4=money back
[(2500)/4 + (3500)/4]/4=money back
[625+875]/4=money back
[1500]/4=money back
375=money back

I hope thats simple enough.
