Well. My older sister keeps getting into fights with me, and it ticks me off. I'm the emotional one of my family, but no one really cares. not only that, but I also take lots of things seriously. She keeps filling me with more and more rage, and I have no way to control it. Today I had a morbid thought about killing her with a knife in the kitchen. Any ideas to help me relieve stress?
