The purpose of this is for me (and anyone else who is relatively new to Gaia) to be able to learn the pro's and con's of lottery. Myself, I don't see the point in putting money into something that I can't be sure of whether its reliable or not, let alone whether its fixed or not.
So, feel free to try to change my mind. Should be an interesting topic, at any rate. So, basically, the question is: Are lotteries worth it and why so?
