Switchfoot is my favorite, and Anberlin is my second
favorite. But I'm having a war...I almost like Anberlin better...AAHHH!!!...
Ah, Anberlin, the famous band from Tooth and Nail Records.
I was amazed with Anberlin's new Album, "Cities". I listened to
the entire thing, and it makes a big story. A Sad story, but with an awesome
meaning. I want everyone to listen to it. xD The last song made
my poor widdle eyes tear up just a little. o.o
They are awesome with their Hard rock, and not so hard Rock, and very
clever in using many people and huge drums. xD They can do things
with their instruments I'd never think of doing.
The Lead Singer's voice is so amazing. I always know when Anberlin is nearby, no one has a voice like Stephen's.^^
Here is a list of songs on the Album, in order:
(Debut')
Godspeed
Adelaide
A Clamor and A Whisper
The Unwinding Cable Car
There is no Mathematics to Love and Loss --One of my personal favorites=]
Hello Alone
Alexithymia
Reclusion
Inevitable
Dismantle.Repair.
(*Fin)
The Last song stands for Finish.
Such a wonder album, I believe they will go down in history.
They've already sold so many copies of their CD, you'd think
the world didn't have any left!
But the world does. =D That's why I'm here telling you about them.
One song that everyone will never forget is called Paperthin Hymn.
The video made me sad. =( It seems to be Anberlin's big hit.
Switchfoot! How clever, they are. They have some very interesting
songs with some very good points. Almost everyone loves
Switchfoot dearest, because they have so many different kinds of songs.
Some really famous ones are:
Oh! Gravity
Awakening --Check the video out! Made my funny bone scream!
Stars
Meant to Live
Yesterdays --I've been through what's in this song. Made me sad. =(
The Blues --One of my favorites, don't let the name turn you away.
Head Over Heels (In this life)
The Beautiful letdown
Oh, and so many, many more!
These songs are pulled from different albums, but here are
some Album titles:
Newest album: Oh! Gravity
Second: Nothing is Sound
Third: The Beautiful Letdown
They have another album, and a DVD called: Live in San Diego
Switchfoot's Lead Singer, Jon Foreman, is working on Seasonal
EPs. Each is titled the season it is released in.
Jon has already released Fall, and I think he just released Winter.
You should check their website out for "The Daily Foot" and everything
you'd want to know about them. They have some awesome thing planned
for 08.^^
