Here's a poem...Could someone help me with a title?

If I could have just one wish,
I would wish to wake up everyday
to the sound of your breath on my neck,
the warmth of your lips on my cheek,
the touch of your fingers on my skin,
and the feel of your heart beating with mine...
Knowing that I could never find that feeling
with anyone other than you.

"to that one special person"

or

"when i wake"

or

"my waking wish"

i'd say

"to that one special person"

or

"when i wake"

"my waking wish"

The last one is a possible, I think I'll see if any one else has anything to offer...My only thought on it is 'This wish of mine'
