	Ok, ok... I have a pretty valid question... In Diamond, during a swarm you can get Smoochum, Jynx's freaky looking pre-evolution. But these pre-evolutions are only available at level 35. They evolve at level 30. Smoochum do not breed. So tell me this... How in the name of heck do we get a Jynx?? stressed

	Actually, Smoochum evolves into Jynx at level 30 or above. All level-based evolutions work like this.

	You've never stopped a pokemon from evolving? They learn moves faster while they're unevolved.

	I don't know about the new games, but in EVERY Pokemon game I've ever played, the baby Pokemon won't evolve until you've tamed them completely. Meaning that you have to give them a lot of items like carbos, you can't let them faint a lot, you can't leave them in the red zone for long periods of time, and you have to let them battle often. Also, letting them hold items makes them like you more. Is this not so for Diamond and Pearl?

	Lil Princess Cherie I don't know about the new games, but in EVERY Pokemon game I've ever played, the baby Pokemon won't evolve until you've tamed them completely. Also, letting them hold items makes them like you more. Is this not so for Diamond and Pearl? I missed this post somehow. sweatdrop Yeah, it's called evolution by happiness. Child-type pokemon (Smoochum, Pichu, Elekid, etc) require it to evolve into their more familiar forms. (These child-type pokemon also cannot be used for breeding, which makes breeding some of these pokemon quite difficult.)

	allright when u make ur Jynx Give it this move set Subsitute Calm mind Lovely kiss Ice beam And get one with a Timid Nature Put your foe asleep with Lovely kiss Then Subsitute So even if the wake up ur good.Next keep subsituding and use Calm Mind like six time or till u can't no more.Now Kill the entire team. Just keep putting them to sleep and ice beaming.
