Tecnicly, charazard isn't a dragon type. He is a fire/flying. But still.

I haven't owned it in game yet but I love Rayquaza; it's probably my favourite legendary. Also love Gyarados, and Dratini's evolutionary line is quite awesome too.

It's a cross between Salamence and Garchomp for me; leaning towards the Salamence.

Actually, Dragon types aren't made of ALL types... Yet.

There has yet to be a:

Dragon/Fire
Dragon/Grass
Dragon/Dark
Dragon/Bug
Dragon/Electric
Dragon/Fight
Dragon/Rock
Dragon/Ice
Or Dragon/Normal.

But, whatever. The dragon types we have now CAN beat down a heck of a lot of the other types.

You'd only have 19 against 474. (counting Arceus as it is, a Normal Type)
I think you would lose due to sheer numbers....
Also, you're missing a few types. You have Dragon, Ground, flying, Psychic, Ghost, Water, and Steel in small numbers. (again, excluding Arceus and calling it what it is, a Normal Type.)
Your war would end, badly, your statistical victory is extremely low.
Or so the 51 Psychic's have calculated with their incredible mental capacity.

But think about it....every dragon pokemon is able to learn ever type of attack.....plus there is dragons that are huge like rayquaza and griatina plus that there are legendary pokemon...AND if a pokemon can learn a dragon attack is considered one cuz of the ability to learn the attack is one

hmm, seems like a way to make the numbers a bit more fair, or, unfair considering all of the ones that can learn Dragon moves.
Even with this being a dragon thread, there's a point where the pure pokemon (by type) and the pokemon that aren't pure (multiple types) must bleed to one to the other.

Take Kingdra, Gyarados, and Arceus for example. Gyarados, isn't a dragon, yet was even more favored then Dragonite in R/B/Y. Arceus is all types no matter what moves it gets taught, and Kingdra, Kindra is water Dragon, yet only learns twister, Dragon Dance, and Dragon Pulse.
Where does one differenciate when categorizing pokemon for armies?
