Hullo! I am planning on trying to be vegetarian for a week starting Monday, and am in need of some good, simple vegetarian recipes. Please post 1) Name of recipe, 2) Ingredients and preparation, and 3) [just for fun] Country of origin or Something interesting about yourself =].
