OK, for the Kung Fu. you usually have to talk to the short guy again.
Clicking on them doesn't work for the Virtual Holleywood?
I'd try making sure that your browser's cache is cleared, and that you have the latest version of...shockwave? whatever system they use.
For the fishing, you just have to fish smarter not more.
