So basically, every once in a while I tektek myself an avatar, upload it to my Photobucket account and edit it using features available in Photobucket, namely heat map and color rotation.

This is an awesome idea! I wonder what I could do with them in photoshop...

I use tekteks as characters in powerpoint animations--kind of a storyboard version of the stories I write to test them out.
