Pronuncation?

I'm in the middle of my second year [of learning Spanish.] I'm getting good at it, but I have one problem:
Pronunciation.
When it comes to Spanish, I cannot pronounce many of the words. Of course, I know the basic stuff, like how to say "Hola," but its really hard for me to get some of the other words down.

Do any of you have some tips? Please and thank you. [:

hmm... well spanish is my first language but in spanish the words are pronounced as they are written... so it should be edasy to learn...

i think it may help you to learn the alphabet so that you can know the letters and the sounds that they make....
