I hate to tell you this, but a guild that size would only merit 19750 gold on the guild market. that's 250 gold that we (we as in the buyers) would be losing.
True we'd be saving 7500 gold if we were to hard buy a guild, but very few people do that because most people sell their guild for 16K +1250 gold per subforum.
