I guess this is along the twilight thread. I once put in a story that vampires by themselves were too romantacized by twilight, so they started abusing that power, and most were executed because they couldn't keep their egos in check.
So my question would be if they became sought after by normal people (people who before would never had been interested in them) after the twilight craze started?

I've read the Twilight series but I'm not one of those crazy Twilight fans.

When I was in high school, I had a brief moment where I was into vampires. I had read many of the vampire themed books our school's library had at the time. Mind you this was a year or two before I even started reading the Twilight series or even seen the movie.

I'm sure that there are plenty of people out there who have been fascinated with vampires way before Twilight made vampires a fanchise event.
