I think that you'd still have to follow pokemon rules of what can and cannot be learned.

Well, what do you mean? Vaporeon can most certainly fly if trained correctly.

A good percentage of our air is made up of CO2, H2, and O2. not H2O.

Hmm, I shall pick a random Pokemon............Shellder.

I'll have her create a Whirlpool around an island to trap people. She will Clamp onto the ceilings and find a shelf to hide in, then use Icicle Spear to attack people.

Kabutops: Will work as a chef?

Lairon: He and/or she will eat the iron and certain rocks and help in construction. He will trap enemies with Rock-based attacks, use Sunny Day when the rain bums him out, poison my enemies (Toxic), and create an electromagnetic field with Magnet Rise.

Anorith: Work as a bodyguard, mostly mine, but also for my brother and sisters, especially my younger sister.

I could have alternate plans for all Pokemon. Anything can have a second, hidden use.
