About my childhood? Wow you ask alot.... She came from a poor large family, where many of the children died in childhood. Mara was one of the lucky ones, although one day the social workers came around and took all her family from her parents. They couldn't look after them ... she couldn't get a straight answer from them at all. She asked and asked, but all it did was make it worse. Now she has to go to a new school, she has no idea how to cope ...

Fierce orange eyes, lightly tanned skin, good teeth(if you actually wanted to know), Wears Bell bottom jeans, a black long sleeve shirt with sleeves that end passed his fingtips, and walks around barefoot at all times, and often gets detention for it. Has perfectly cared for nails on both hands. His legs from the knees down are tree trunks ending in rings of 4inch long roots. This is due to his first experiment with his talent, and it is impossible to reverse or hide. His roots are as flexible as vines, but as strong as boa could feel to someone when coiled around one's neck. His size is also a side effect of that failed experiment. He can't run and can't walk very fast due to his roots gripping the ground.
