"Why Not?" Post what you are thankful for!

Thanksgiving is right round the corner, for us here in America.

But, For those who do not celebrate it and for our friends in Canada, Whos' Thanksgiving has already passed, We can still post what we are thankful for in our lives.

I shall start.

I am thankful for my mother, She is the strongest lady I know, and the nicest one as well, she basically raised me on her own. She made it through some rough patches and still managed to make it out and still be a happy & good person.

I am thankful for my loving family, because not everyone gets one of those. smile

I am thankful that the spinner of my fate landed on a reasonably prosperous Caucasian American family, who also are among the rare group who have enough of a social conscience that I know we are reasonably prosperous and am grateful for every meal I stuff my face with, since statisticly, the odds were high that the conciousness that I call "I" would be incarnated into one of the real "starving children in Africa".

i'm thankful for my family, who have never judged me & just let me be me!

am thankful for my friends who love me no matter what & am also thankful for my bf who came into my life & loves me for me

I'm thankful that God has made me to become who I'm. Thankful that God gave me hands and eyes and emotions and many more things that many others can only wish for because of their misfortune.

I'm also thankful for my friends and family for being there for me and watch me grow to become the man I'm today

I'm thankful for my mother, father and sister, and that they still love me, though I haven't been the best to them, to say the least, in the past few years.

I'm thankful that most of my family is hale and hearty, and that those of them who aren't quite hale are still hearty.

I'm thankful for my friends, who lend an ear when I need one, and who care enough to invite us to their weddings.

I'm thankful for my dog. He's a good boy.

I'm thankful for the roof over my head, the food on my plate, the fire on my hearth, and the love of my loved ones.
