Would you die to make a random stranger live? How about a friend?
Would you take a bullet to help somebody?
Would you listen to a stranger's life story and give them advice?
Would you talk to a stranger about your life?
Would you take the time out of your day to realize that others have it worse?
These are the big questions for life...and I will definately put more later.
There are no special consequences or maybe answers for these. It's just yes, or no. Now, make up your mind.

Tearstains Would you die to make a random stranger live? How about a friend? Yes though undeserving the human race is humans must take care of eachother for we are our brothers keeper Tearstains Would you take a bullet to help somebody? thats a kinda a reapeat but yes Tearstains Would you listen to a stranger's life story and give them advice? yes, i have never listened to their life story but little tidbits and given advice before Tearstains Would you talk to a stranger about your life? probably not, my life is a whole lot better off than it could have been, i would talk about little tidbits, for laughs and sometimes for real advice Tearstains Would you take the time out of your day to realize that others have it worse? Yes but that doesn't help all the time, physically i may be fine, but mentally...mentally, i don't like talking about it but mentally I'm a mess.

Well, that's certainly interesting.
And the bullet question isn't the same as the death question.
If you think about it, a bullet doesn't always guarantee your doom.
Here's another question for you:
Why do people feel that it's necessary to help other human beings when we're undeserving and selfish creatures?

Tearstains Why do people feel that it's necessary to help other human beings when we're undeserving and selfish creatures? To all the others I agree with Curse. (and he put kinda there, because in a sense it is, and is not the same) Now this question is a more philosophical question, so I'll try my best. Because they too are the same, and they know that it is what they would want. Now deeply though, we would rather do things that improve on ourselves, if helping that said person, means something negative to you, (like possibly people looking negatively on you, in the case that the person you help is known to be very poor people.) your less likely, or hesitant to help that person. Of course this isn't the same for everyone, but it is for most. We are selfish individuals that view ourselves as the center, because we cannot imagine anything outside ourselves..until we get to know something outside ourselves. This is not as detailed as I can get, but my mind is on other things. Tell me, why is it that most hunger for something greater than themselves?

Tearstains Would you die to make a random stranger live? How about a friend? Hmm... I think it depends on the situation when it comes to a random stranger. As for a friend, I'm pretty sure I would die for them. Tearstains Would you take a bullet to help somebody? This is pretty much a repeat of the above, only making the cause of death defined. Tearstains Would you listen to a stranger's life story and give them advice? Of course. I do that already as it is. Tearstains Would you talk to a stranger about your life? If I felt comfortable with the stranger, then yeah... I'll probably share some bits about my life, if the topic came up. Tearstains Would you take the time out of your day to realize that others have it worse? I already do that as it is. So yeah.

i would gladly talk to a stranger, and often have
and i have also heard strangers tell me their troubles; i hope it did them some good
i do try to be helpful, but i am enough of a realistic not to expect anything
but i would not take a bullet for anybody except my lover.
after all, who would then go around listening and being helpful?

1. not for a stranger. a friend, it really depended on the situation. 2. not unless it was for a family member, either created or origin 3.depends how strapped for time i am, and if they'll take any of my advice 4.depends on how strapped for time i was, and if the stranger is willing 5. i already do that. that's freaking depressing

1. For a stranger? no For a friend? Of course. There's no doubt in my mind if it was a good friend of mine
2. I'd take it in the arm or the leg. But in my head or chest? I don't think so
3. I love listening to strangers. Some have beautiful & strange stories..... buuuuut, I'm horrible at giving advice. But I still pick yes :]
4. Yeah. What's the harm in it if I never see them again?
5. Been there, done that. It still doesn't change the fact of what you have.
