I give Salamon or an angewomon to the one I have beaten. I give Nefertimon to a so-so match I give Kari to a normal match where I have been beaten. I give gatomon to a great match where I have been beaten. I give Rosemon to an awesome match where I have been beaten.

Not at all I can use it because the NEW RULES say all digimon can now use all cards. there are no limitations anymore whether you are limited/restricted to be fair to all. edit: the rules have been updated about 3 days ago. It is also posted as an announcement in the mainpage if you haven't read before.
