Ask the teacher if you can change seats, or report harassment.

Depends on what grade you're in (meaning, are you in college or K12?)
If you're in college, usually you'd be able to move to another seat. I'd probably mention it to the professor in private. It's against school rules to haze other students. (at least it should be, I haven't been to a school or heard of one where that isn't dictated as being against the rules in school, it's one of the schools backups to avoid any lawsuits about faculty not able to help students)

If you're in K12, just talk to the teacher sometime before or after class, see if you can get moved or have something done. Hazing IS against school conduct for K12.
