I'm not in many active roleplays, not interested in playing most of the videogames I currently have, and quite frankly I'm completely and utterly bored. To rectify this, I've decided to throw out some small ideas of mine and see if anyone would be interested in doing them with me. I'll also be glad to hear any ideas you all might have or wish me to join. Beyond that, thank you all for even bothering to read this and I hope you have a nice day!
Idea One
I'm super excited for the upcoming Sims 3 Expansion: Supernatural. It's also got me thinking that a moderately small town with a few monsters that go bump in the night around is something I want to try. The monsters, even if they have amicable personalities, I'm hoping will all be played for horror to some extent or another. (Vampires get carried away when they feed, werewolves are subject to constant violent urges, zombies are mindless monsters that frequently raid the town in hoards, fairies often use their magic for nefarious deeds, ect. ect.) I just want to try something semi-spooky with this.
Idea Two
Speaking of vampires and their ilk, I'm left to wonder why everyone always makes them out to be total sex gods these days. So instead, I want to do a "romance" with a fairly unsympathetic and villainous sort of vampire. A certain number of women are abducted in modern day from their dayly lives to be the prisoners/brides of a creepy manchild of an Orlok-esque vampire. Using their wits, charm, and every other natural gift they've got, these women must work together to escape this guilded prison or become the eternal brides of this monster. As you can imagine, I'm hoping this would be a playful "******** you" to typical vampire romances.
