So after getting into some dubstep remixes of the pokemon theme song, I am now considering writing a Pokemon roleplay, though it would be older people and it would be a little more serious than the shows or games. Is it worth my time to make?

To get an idea, it's being inspired off this Lavender town remix.... Here

Is it going to be more like the pokemon manga? I mean I'm interested either way but I'm curious how dark your thinking of doing this.

Never read the manga emotion_8c Dark along the lines of Pokemon actually dying, getting stolen by competent villains (No offense to Jesse and James), Torture in some cases, trainers can actually get killed by Pokemon or bad guys. Like dark. Not 11 year olds, like old teens or young adults

That is the manga lol. The manga has s scythre cut off an ekans's head. The trainers try to attack each other. When you throw out your pokemon is all part of the challenge. It's really interesting.

emotion_0A0 Jesus christ. Well then yes, it be along those lines. Not so much looking for badges in this case though. More wanting to be the best trainer or in some people's cases, fighting the villains or trying to get their Pokemon or friends back.

Sounds like it'll be fun. Oh another fun fact of the pokemon manga. In the original series (Red,Blue,Green,and Yellow). Half the gym leaders work for team rocket. When Red, the main character beats the elite four. They start hunting him down to try and kill him.
