Personally I sort of assumed you'd just have everyone in the RP post here, then send a PM to several people who are online at the time of needing a judge.
This method sort of works, but it does mean that people are going to be bogged down with "you were quoted by _ in the thread _" a lot."

Well it's a surefire way to get someone's attention, but the other way works too. We could also friend each other and IM each other when anyone else is online.

I think having everyone post in this thread, then quick check to see who is online might be the most efficient way. The alternative being using IM, but not everyone is going to have an IM that they're giving out for this. Not everyone uses the gaia IM. I find it a pain more than beneficial. But if I'm ever online I'd be free to judge. the issue is, I'm usually on my computer and free to judge even when I'm not on gaia.
