The tamers would end up in a strange corridor. As they moved along they would see a large amount digimon around the area. All of them looked at the tamers as they walked past but none of them attacked at all. Eventually they would reach a large room. In the said room was the same red haired young boy with a GranDracmon now. The tamer he was with in dark clothings and with brownish hair was there as well. Nicholas was standing beside GranDracmon who looked as if he had just been fighting a difficult fight and was now quite weak. Nicholas would say, "You're as strong as ever. Now seriously. Where are the tamers from the assault group that you've captured?". He would await an answer from the seemingly dark tamer.

Monty began to laugh at his foe's notion of being strong. It was a maniacal laugh. The tamer had obviously fell into darkness, and as he laughed a dark aura began to seep from his pores and gather above his head. As it formed another laugh tuned with Monty's giving it a deeper and almost harmonic sound to it. The corrupted tamer now spoke, in a tone that was a combination two voices, "You are pretty cunning to have traced the disappearance of your friends to us, but they are safe and sound." From down the hallway, the portal entry area three beams of light converged on Monty and the dark figure. One digicode of black, Gaiomon. One digicode of gold, GigaSeadramon. One digicode of green, Argomon. The three fallen generals power were now gathering on their master, and Monty raised his digivice and allowed the three streams to data to enter it. He then whispered, "It's time." With the increased power the darkness behind Monty was reconfigured and a fractal code surrounded it's body, a digicore formed and then a body around it. Reapermon. But not just any Reapermon, the leader of the group they sought to defeat. Monty's body fell to the ground, his dark clothes returned to their normal orange and white, he was unconscious. The data of the three generals were inside of Reapermon's digicore, he was much stronger than a normal Mega level now. The digimon raised it's arm and pointed it's long claw like fingers towards the ceiling. A seal was released which surrounded the room in a dark energy, Nicholas's GranDracmon was instantly reverted to Matadormon. Another laugh reverberated the room and Reapermon moved with blinding speed calling out, "Grim Slasher!" It rose it's Judgement Sickle and flung the mighty blade down at the ultimate level digimon's neck. The blow would incapacitate the digimon if it landed, and probably cause it to revert to Dracmon in it's retired state.

Nicholas watched as Monty laughed and a dark aura appeared above his head. The voice of Monty as he spoke was different from usual. It was as if it was a combination of two voices. The digicodes of the three generals appeared before it was absorbed in Monty's digivice. Seeing Monty'd body drop and his clothes change to the colors they were in while he was a tamer in T.A.M.E.R, Nicholas was certain now that he had been brainwashed. Suddenly a seal was released and the room was covered in dark energy. Nicholas looked around startled by this sudden development and saw that GranDracmon returned to its Ultimate level. He checked his digivice and he saw that the room contained a virus that infected all digimon in the area and prevented them from digivolving past Ultimate level and degenerated all those who were already in Mega. He turned back to Reapermon to see him dash at blinding speed and attempt to hit Matadormon. Nicholas dashed to the side and pushed Matadormon out of the way before he was hit by the attack sending him flying into a wall. He dropped to the ground as data began to pour out from his body appearing around him and he said to Matadormon, "GranD. You'd better kick this digimon's a** or you'll never get any Yakisoba Bread ever again.".

GranD watched as the data poured out of his tamers body. If given the chance Reapermon could do the same to his tamer as he did to the other tamer. He had to defeat Reapermon or his tamer would be doomed, that and he didn't want to be banned from eating Yakisoba Bread. He jumped at Reapermon and shouted, "Chouzetsu Rappashū". He then aimed to do a side jump kick at Reapermon using the blades on his feet.

Reapermon

The bounty hunter digimon's scythe impacted the tamer Nicholas, missing it's true target of Matadormon. The young man flew back against the back wall, a fractal code sprang from his very being, surrounding him. The tamer's partner sprang back into action, it's bladed feet came swiftly, aimed at his side. The swift digimon moved in a blur, ducking down under the attack it moved like the graceful flow of a river, and raised up behind Madadormon after the kick missed. With a strong strike of it's cleaver arm Reapermon impacted the back of the digimon's neck, knocking it out. As if flew back away from him, it regressed to Dracmon, it's small body rolling to a stop some where out of harms way. The leader of R.I.P. turned to Nicholas's fallen body and held up it's arm, just like the other human of the T.A.M.E.R. organization it absorbed the young man's fractal code to grow stronger. He would fall to the ground and remain their unconscious until his code returned. It would be around this time that the three who had survived up until now would enter the room. Reapermon chuckled and said, "So you've come." They would have just enough time to see the fallen Dracmon and red haired tamer before their bodies vanished, as if they were holograms. But this was not the case, it was the changing field of battle that they were experiencing. The room they were in was metaphysical and possessed many effects that would prove hard to deal with for the three tamers and their partners. The area morphed into a barren desert, whose harsh winds and heat would draw a toll on the contents of the room, minus Reapermon who was immune to his stages adverse effects. He let out a laugh as he saw the three digimon they were with and pointed his razor sharp fingers towards them. He exclaimed, "ExoGrim Virus!" A field of negative energy surrounded each one of them which forcefully reverted the digimon to their Ultimate (Perfect) levels for the duration of the battle, before spreading out and encompassing the area like a seal, also an effect he did not feel. He continued to laugh as he readied himself to battle with the tamers. He then said, "If you wish to save your friends you must triumph here, but be warned, there can be only one true victor!"

Ethan and Guile had ran in right when this had happened. His eyes widened while biomerged with Guile in ChaosGallantmon form he growled but that was when the world shifted, and he wobbled as the area around them began to change into this harsh and hot desert. ChaosGallantmons cape blew up in the wind due to the harsh winds. And thats when the Leader of RIP pointed his sharp fingers at them all, and this weird field of energy went around the Mega Biomerged Digimon. And suddenly Chaos glowed and reverted back to Blackwargrowlmon, and it growled and spit out its tamer, Ethan felt the heat on him and dust go against his face he pulled his goggles down over his eyes and wiped the goo off himself and jumped onto Guiles leg and climbed up onto his Digimons back and pointed at Reapermon," If defeating you will help our friends! Then so be it!"his eyes glowed darkly. As Guile took up a defensive stance holding his arms up showing his claws.

With Omega and Forge coming out of the portal they come in time to watch as Monty fell to the ground and a reaper machine like digimon appear from him and go on the attack against the other red head tamer. Watching as the tamer was first to go down then the digimon to follow Forge frowned as they moved closer to the area, as they do the room then shifts into a desert which in turn causes the Chaosdramon to sink a little due to his weight. A moment later they notice Reapermon say something before a wicked shroud of energy surrounds Omega, its power forces Omega out of his mega level and back into his ultimate form. Forge looked to the other two tamers who's digimon were also effected by it and clinch his fist tightly before pulling his goggles down over his eyes to protect him from any stand that may blow around him, leaning down now he whispers something into Omega's ear. "Omega you handle that scrap heap and I will get monty out of danger."

Jumping off of the large metal dragon's head Forge landed fairly soft in the sand and uses the cover of the sand to move to where monty last lay at, as he move along Omega then released a frightful roar as he then uses Giga Destroyer II to fire a missile out towards the machine reaper but the attack would hit the ground in front of him causing a sand storm to rise up instead, following up on that Omega then raises a arm as he points towards where the reapermon would be and fires the Nuclear Laser as well. With the sand being blown up it would blind the reapermon for a moment allowing the follow up attack to hopefully land and strike its mark doing some real damage to the mega level digimon. Forge makes it to where monty laid and lifted him over his shoulder, with his friend now on his shoulder Forge makes his way from the center of the area and to find a large boulder he could lay monty against out of sight so he would not be in the way and risk of his life. With all that is happening Omega had begin to scan the field that coated the area, This was a unknown virus and was worth scanning and learning about due to it could be proven useful later down the line and hopefully to prevent this from happening again.

Marco and UlforceVeedramon landed on a bizarre corridor along with the remainder T.A.M.E.R members. They started with at least fifteen tamers, they were cut to seven when they were teleported to the area where they were ambushed by all the demon digimon. Five tamers remained and each of those tamers jumped into the portal to face one of the three generals. Veemon and he battled Gaiomon and managed to defeat him; his digicore transformed into a portal and Gaiomon's data disappeared into that portal. The portal led him to this corridor to reunite with the remainder tamers. He could only assume that they faced their own general in battle, but there were only three of them. They lost two tamers, were they not able to defeat their foe? Marco was worried they might be killed, but there was hope that they were captured. He would have to hold on to that hope. He still needed to rescue the remainder tamers and their digimon partners as well as Nikky and Kamemon.

Nobody had said a word to each other, but Marco wasn't about to break the silence. Emotions were probably thick in the air and he wouldn't even know what to say to these people. Maybe a 'good luck' would be sufficient, but the words never escaped his lips. Besides, they were in a corridor surrounded by digimon (who for some reason were not attacking them) and he did not want to alert anyone. Their journey soon ended and they reached a large room where they found the yakisoba bread tamer and he wasn't alone. The meeting was brief, but Marco remembered the brown-haired boy. He was a traitor who joined R.I.P's side and he was probably battling the red-haired tamer. Marco wasn't sure if he should interfere so instead he held back and waited for any signs of danger; he would step in if the red-haired boy needed his help. He overheard their conversation which included the location of the captured tamers meaning they were alive! The brown-haired traitor did not reveal their whereabouts only mentioned that they were safe which was fine with him. However, there was something off about his voice; it sounded distorted.

The brown-haired boy was suddenly surrounded by three different colored digicodes. Marco recognized one of them because it belonged to Gaiomon. Why was digimon data surrounding a human's body? The brown-haired boy wasn't a digimon...or was he? His question was quickly answered when a dark energy began to appear around the traitor tamer before he was engulfed fractal code creating a shell. When the shell burst, a new figured appeared which was a skeleton man wearing golden armor along with a large curved-blade for an arm. He carried a sort of weapon on his left arm and he looked really dangerous. The brown haired boy fell and his dark clothes returned back to normal. This boy was being possessed by the digimon before him. Marco tried to move, but everything happened so fast. The red-haired boy was defeated in an instant as well as his partner. Everything suddenly changed.

The area around then transformed into a desert with violent winds and a dry heat. Marco wasn't too bothered by the change in weather since he did just came from a mountain where there was snow. The change to warm was kind of soothing, but he knew that eventually he would have to take off his coat. His body would get hot soon enough and with that wind it might not take too long either. The robotic reaper unleashed some kind of energy field. Marco crossed his arms to try and protect himself from this attack, but nothing changed. He looked towards his partner, maybe the attack only affected digimon. He was right, the attack did have some effect on his digimon; he was turned back to his ultimate form, AeroVeedramon. The blue winged-dragon stared at his new form, he wasn't too bothered, but this would make the battle a lot tougher. He turned to his partner, "What are we going to do?" Marco looked back at their opponent, the leader of R.I.P. "We fight, we're not alone this time."

The two other tamers were getting ready for battle, they were all stuck in the same situation so at least that much was the same between each other. The tamer with the BlackWarGrowlmon was mounting his digimon meaning he probably wanted to be right in the battle. Another red-haired tamer with a MetalTyranomon decided to make the first move. His digimon fired a missile which caused the sand to rise from the ground creating a wall. He saw the tamer going after the brown-haired boy's unconscious body. The MetalTyranomon fired another blast through the wall. He remembered using a similar attack with Gaiomon which was a standard move. "AeroVeedramon go support him in case that reaper dodges the attack," the blue dragon nodded and took to the skies. He would take care of the air if those two other digimon would handle the ground that way the robotic digimon would not be able to dodge them forever. Once he was airborne and close to the wall, AeroVeedramon waited to see the figure's shadow. The moment he emerged, he would fire his 'Dragon Impulse.'

Reapermon

The leader of R.I.P. laughed. Two of the digimon had taken up arms against him, while the other, BlackWarGrowlmon, defended himself. He would not focus on a digimon that did not make a move on him. Instead the other two were the intimidate threat. The first move made on him was a Giga Destroyer II, fired from MetalTyrannomon's right arm. The missile did not hit him however, it flared sand up in his face, obscuring everything from his view minus his peripherals. This changed the moment the Desert Area changed. There was a shifting in the room. Another environment had come and gone, the desert landscape disappeared and was replaced with the raging inferno of a volcano. Reapermon knew that the changing rooms was inevitable, so it took him by no surprise. The sand changed into a rising column of ash, yet still blinding him. Many lava pools opened up around the area making it difficult to maneuver the ground, toxic fumes also protruded the silos of rock, this made it harder to breath and the humans would feel its growing effects in their bodies if they were to fight for long periods of time here. The bounty hunter digimon knew the missed attack was a diversion. On instinct he moved with his lightning fast speed. He took off to the left, just barely dodging the energy shell of MetalTyrannomon's second attack, the Nuclear Laser. The sky became dark with volcanic fumes and ashes, an aerial attack from AeroVeedramon would no longer be able to target him from his position. Although, the flying ultimate level digimon was also blind to Reapermon seeing as the sky was so dark. The digimon continued to move in erratic patterns around the lava pools. Columns of raging hot magma jetted up around the area further obscuring most of the movements he made. It's eyes wandered the battle field before making its choice of victim. He saw a figured obscured in the ash that resembled a dragon like figure, but all three of the tamers had a partner as such so he didn't know which it was. He moved fast, pushing off of the ground the leader of R.I.P. flew quick across the land scape, it's own attack concealed by the environment. As it neared it's target it called out, "Burning Cyclone!" The reaper digimon began to spin at a fast rate as he neared the opponent, his body covering in a spiral of fire. It was the perfect attack for the area, the heat of the surroundings would make it almost untraceable compared to the rest of the volcano. As Reapermon burst through the ashes he saw that the digimon he was attacking was BlackWarGrowlmon and his partner. He grunted as he spun quickly at the digimon's side and said, "I was hoping for another." But it was too late, he decided to impact the digimon with all he had.

The young Tamer watched as John had Omega fire its missle and his eyes narrowed as the sand was thrown up, something told him that might not have been the best move. Giving the enemy something to hide behind and freely move to anothe area was never a good idea, and then the Metal Tyranomon sent a blast through the sand hastily, as though it would make a difference. This Digimon had already shifted the area into a Desert, sand probably wouldnt hinder it that much. And He looked behind him quickly gazing to the Veemon Tamer, Marco. And he gave a slight bow of his head while Guile growled into his mind,"Focus! I don't need you falling off my back and getting hurt, we share pain! Dont forget." Ethan nodded and spoke in return to his Digimon,"Yes I know, don't drop me then. Will ya?" Guile growled in response, Ethan took that as a,'I wont drop you, if you dont fall.' While Guile watched forward where the sand was and Ethan watched as AeroVeedramon took to the skies. The young tamer had been watching the area,his eyes darting from left the right to make sure it hadnt tried to get around the sand. Or worse yet...under it to get to them. But then the area changed and all this lava and ash filled the air Ethan coughed having a slight aversion to smoke and ash and pulled his shirt up over his mouth thinking to Blackwargrowlmon,"keep yo-!" And before he could even finish his though he latched onto BlackWargrowlmon as the Reapermons attack collided with the metal claws Ethans body went back and so did Guiles they both made grunts as they went back, and Guile swung his claws out which were glowing red from the heat of the cyclone. Ethan coughed quietly before taking a deep breath under his shirt," Lets do it!" Guiles blades extended for a second it seemed and glowed as it lunged forward at the Mega Level Reaper, counterattacking," I want to know why!? Why you started RIP!?" 'Plasma Blade!' The two glowing blades were swung aiming to collide with the Digimons Clawed Arm.

Experiencing the feeling of a room morphing was rather strange and Marco always felt like losing his balance whenever it occurred. They were in a hot desert before and now they were in an even hotter volcano area. AeroVeedramon saw the changes as well, but he wasn't that affected because he was flying in the air. He didn't mind the heat because he was a dragon digimon. However, along with the change in scenery there was also a change how their attacks affected the area. The wall of sand that MetalTyranomon created turned to ash and obscured AeroVeedramon's vision further. He couldn't see the robot with the skeleton head at all meaning he could attack him at any time. He was vulnerable so he kept his guard up and got ready to use his Wind Guardian when necessary. Behind that wall of ash everyone was in danger of the reaper's attack. Meanwhile, Marco trying to adjust to this change in location. He tried to cover his nose and mouth with the collar of his coat; the smoke in the air was a killer on his lungs. He wondered if the area would continue to transform throughout the battle. Right now they were in a volcano, but where would they be next? He looked up at AeroVeedramon, he couldn't see him very well because of the smoke.

He heard something like a spinning top which was creating air, but this air was hot like it was on fire. Marco looked ahead and out from the wall of ash came a tornado of fire, no doubt their enemy. He stayed clear out of the way and noticed that the tornado was aiming for BlackWarGrowlmon. The black cyborg dragon tried to counter the reaper using brute force. The tamer of the BlackWarGrowlmon decided to question the skeleton head, but Marco wasn't sure if right now was the correct moment to do this. He took a deep breath and then whistled loudly so that his partner could hear him. AeroVeedramon heard the whistle and flew down to join his partner. "This is our chance to strike while he's being distracted. Be careful not to harm the tamer or his digimon." The blue winged-dragon nodded and then flew away to help.

While BlackWarGrowlmon was holding the reaper in place, he would use his attack to land some damage on their foe. AeroVeedramon charged towards the reaper and formed a V-shaped energy substance which connected the horn on its snout to the edges of its wings, "V-Wing Blade!" He soared towards the skeleton head knowing that this was the best move to use against him. If he tried any other move then he might accidentally hurt BlacWarGrowlmon, but this attack was a move he had complete control over. If the reaper decided to dodge then he would be able to change his course so that he wouldn't crash against the giant cyborg. He decided to strike him on the side, but he just hoped his move would connect.

Forge lay low behind the boulder waiting to see what became of the reapermon but as they waited the field begin changing again, the sand and rocks change into molten rock and lava pits that now appear around the area. The large rock that Forge and monty are hiding behind then cracks before exploding into fire which some gets onto forges coat setting the sleeve on fire, not paying any mind to it he quickly pulls monty away from the spot and to a more cooler area not near any of the lava pits or rocks. Forge then beats at the arm that is on fire till the flame goes out, looking at the coat the fire had burn threw it and left a 1st degree on his arm causing him to flinch in pain but shrugs it off as he rips the shard of sleeve off his arm and tosses it to the side. Coughing from the air now due to the high amount of ash and harmful gas in it, Forge reaches into his pocket and pulls out a banana and wraps it around his mouth and nose to help him breath a bit better. Looking back to monty he pulled out another and put it over his mouth and nose to make sure he does not choke ether.

Mean while Omega watch and scan the ash field looking for the digimon he had attacked, the field change did not bother him if anything would make his attacks more effective. Catching sight of a glowing red light Omega turns to see the clash between Reapermon and BlackWarGrowlmon, the impact was strong enough to blow the ash away from them long enough for Omega to see that Reapermon's back was to him and that he was holding off against the digimon. Holding up both of his arms he aims towards the back of Reapermon, not noticing the dragon flying down to attack Reapermon Omega fires off a combo attack of Giga Destroyer II and the Nuclear Laser. If the attacks both struck there mark the combine explosion would be powerful enough to badly damage mega level like Reapermon, if Reapermon dodges the attacks the attacks would strike BlackWarGrowlmon causing some massive damage to it. AeroVeedramon would most likely get caught in the blast radius causing some damage to it and to forcefully blast it from the sky causing more damage.

Omega did not care for any of the other digimon or tamers in the room beside Forge and would not be above blasting them if they got in his way, letting out a low chuckle Omega then finishes scanning the virus had effecting them. He would not be able to counter it in his current state but if it was ever used against him again he would be able to counter it and destroy it.

Reapermon

Reapermon was counting on his changing field to give him the upper hand. But it was not meant to be this time. The volcanic field was here to stay, and the smoldering ash of the sky continue to plague the lungs of the tamers. The prolonged exposure to the toxic air would start to make the humans grow weaker, even their attempts to cover their air passages it would soon permute. The machine reaper was not effected by the area. He kept a clear mind and was able to fight at full strength no matter the environmental hazards. The mega level digimon pushed hard against BlackWarGrowlmon's attack, it's plasma blades were strong but his own chrome digizoid was strong enough to stand up against it. In response to the tamer's question the gold digimon called out, "It's becuase, it's becuase I have an incredible personality!"While their blades were locked in their struggle, another one of the ultimate level digimon assaulted at his side. Reapermon gave a small chuckle before pushing off from BlackWarGrowlmon and vaulting straight into the air. As he peered down at the two digimon he had hoped they would impact one another but this was not the case, AeroVeedramon stopped a moment before impact. Another attack came from another direction however, purhaps his wants would come into fruition. He gave a loud cackle, "Kehehehehe!" He couldn't help but think to himself, Stupid digimon that rely on human partners. MetalTyrannomon's attacks flew straight at AeroVeedramon and BlackWarGrowlmon, he estimated that surely they would be caught in the attack seeing as visibility was so low in the volcanic ash. The leader of R.I.P. was already planning his next attack, he had seen what direction the two ranged attacks came from and would use that as a place to start looking. The reaper digimon landed as his jump ceased and he broke out into an erratic sprint around the raging lava pools. He closed in on the location he thought his enemy was in and as he moved quickly through the fumes and smoke he came upon the area MetalTyrannomon was in. Reapermon would need a more cunning attack to deal with this one, Argomon's data was in his core and he knew the power his mega level had. It would have to be a quick move. In an evil voice he called out, "Bone Duster!" Making one final movement towards a nearby magma pool Reapermon released a stream of fire into the magma. This attack caused a column of searing lava to spring from it. Reapermon began to spin quickly, his body coating in fire as he called out, "Burning Cyclone," and in a wild fury the force from it's movement caused the liquid hot rock sprayed in a stream towards MetalTyrannomon. It was so hot that the metal on Omega's body would begin to melt and it's flesh burn, and the mechanics inside of it's body begin to malfunction from heat exhaustion. Once the column of lava was in pursuit of the mechanized tyrannosaurs Reapermon was already running away, ducking and maneuvering around the conditions that made him nearly invisible.

The young Tamer on Guiles back watched the Aeroveedramon flying in the air and suddenly decide to fly from behind the reaper the ash around them all and such didnt restrict his vision as much as normal considering he was wearing Goggles, he hadnt known whether or not he would be able to effectively help Guile so he didnt draw his steel rod, the only way he could help using it would be to guard a small strike with.the only way he could help using it would be to guard a small strike with.
