I know, it seems pretty dumb but it's my first time back on gaia in a while and im having a little trouble socializing. and it's not only here but in school and outside as well, i get scared to talk to people and when i try i never know what to say. how do i fix it? :/

A good thing I found for making friends around your age was to try and bond over interests you share with someone else. Try looking into what clubs your school has or start a conversation with someone over something you notice about them that you're also interested in.
