And I'm plenty satisfied with my on-campus living situation again, but damn...I already know exactly where I want to live next year when I move off campus, and I really wanna live there this year but I can't. xp
There's this one really cool building downtown that I didn't even realize had apartments on the upper floors (the bottom floor is commercial/a dentist's office), but it's a historic building that was built in the year 1900 that they've really maintained and updated well. The apartments look huge, and there's also a multi-story common area that's shared by all of the building's residents. It's also in the heart of downtown, so you can literally walk to almost anything and everything you'd need with the exception of the daily commute to the university and maybe a trip to Walmart, but even then it'd only be like a 5-10 minute drive max.
And the price? Comparable (or even slightly cheaper) to all of the smaller, newer, less cool apartments that are further away from everything. Some of my friends live in one of those newer apartments and pay about $725 a month between the two of 'em, and these two-bedroom apartments start at only $550 a month for the smallest floorplan.
I WANT IT. I WANT IT NAO. emotion_donotwant

That sounds nice. Not a bad price either.

I miss living with a bunch of friends lol :') I wouldn't trade my family and home for the world but it was fun being single in college and studying primarily on campus (I have a few classes at school, and a few hours of field placement, but most are online)
Gl, anyway ; )
