I also managed to stab myself with a spaghetti noodle a couple of nights ago. Not fun. You could shank a b***h with how sharp those get! Roam the streets of Detroit armed with nothing but a noodle...

I think it's all the sugar gripping onto the jar. Before I opened it up, I vigorously shook up the jar to try and mix some of the separated liquid back into it, but when I set it down it was like that (jam all clustered at the top) and I expected it to drop back to the bottom after a short while. Nope! It stayed. Even after I poked the knife into it. It began to fall back down after I swiped the knife around the outer perimeter of the jam, but it's still not completely back to normal. xd
