So, about a week ago, I started playing World of Warcraft. Regal has been giving out special flyers with codes for a free trial edition of the game as part of their promotional stuff for the new Warcraft movie. Since I've never played the game before but heard a lot about it, I figured this was the perfect opportunity to get a taste of it.



I ended up creating a Night Elf Druid. She's pretty awesome so far.

Out of curiosity, I wondered how many others here play (or have played) WoW and what character(s) they've created. Feel free to share some awesome moments you've had... or major fails.

Also never tried it. neutral I had a bad experience or two with the first MMO I tried as a teen and basically never wanted to proceed with another...but lots of people love that game. I think a friend or two of mine play it. I'm sure it's fun.

Understandable of being hesitant to try something after having previous bad experiences.

I like that WoW is something that you can either do on a solo basis ((which is perfect for me since I've got a trial version and been busy with work lately)) or you can team up with other folks in a guild scenario. If I ever was to do something on a group basis, I would rather it be with my friends than with a bunch of strangers. *shrugs*
