You know, it's got two of the Synchronous recolor items which are Espeon, two Swift Shocker items which are Jolteon, and two sunny Dainty Dragonslayer which are a recolor of a Sylveon item.
So.... you aren't wrong.

the two jolteon items are the ponytail and the gloves, the espeon items are the hair (including ears) and bangs (minus ponytail) and the Sylveon items are the pants and, the rather well hidden bow on the back.

I'm experimenting with the different eeveelution items that i just got around to buying a bunch of.

Y'know at Target I found a bunch of adorable Eeveelutions as figurines and I almost dropped $35 on the lot of them (but it was missing two I believe since there was only seven of them?).

Adaptive Combatant (Eevee)
Swift Shocker (Jolteon)
Blazing Blitz (Flareon)
Misty Maiden (Vaporeon)
Synchronous Sunlight (Espeon)
Synchronous Moonlight (Umbreon) Uh, also Synchronous Eclipse
Diamonds and Ice (Glaceon)
Herbal Synthesis (Leafeon)
and of course, the Dragonslayer (Sylveon)

There are loads of pokemon items out there. and I'm not just talking about items that represent various trainers. "Flèche Synchronisée" is both Gardevoir and Gallade for example. some items are animal only. some are pretty loosely based on their pokemon.
the "houjun-san eevolving pokekaiju star kittens" item is even directly referencing every eeveelution and pikachu.

There are a lot of items they just don't really talk much about.
