This is my poem Mi Amor! I wrote it about well, mi amor! hehe that's my love in spanish, aka my bf...
Mi Amor
Gentle as butterflies in spring,
Intoxicating as the richest smells,
Filled with hope and certainty
Is his touch.
A feeling of airiness
Defying gravity,
Light as a feather on a cool summer breeze
Am I.
Softly, softly we embrace,
Trusting, trusting we part,
Knowing, just knowing that another will come,
Another time where he will sweep me off my feet.
Loving him is like something from a dream,
A glorious dream with no end.
Each time we part I miss him
Even before he has left my sight.
But I continue on
Knowing we will be together again.
Once more to make me laugh
Smile
Sigh with happiness
