I really don't tune in that often, but I do listen to the RadioPSI podcasts. They broadcast at about 45kbps, but it gets higher or lower, but always lower than 56kbps, and in mono, and in .ogg format, so you could even listen to it in dial-up, but I only recently got Winamp, so I haven't listenned to it live at all . . .

I'm fond of last.fm. You can make your own internet radio there, based on what you listen to on your itunes or whatever

Anyone here heard of Live365? I found it's a pretty good one, but you have to pay $6 a month to get rid of ads.... Which pisses me off. But I guess they gotta pay their bills SOMEHOW.

I listen to Pandora. Yeah. Pandora is pretty cool. It's really the only internet radio site I use. Listening to it right now as a matter of fact.
