I noticed that you were referencing sequentials from the Naruto manga; have you ever considered doing original comics or manga? I heartily recommend you check out http://entervoid.com if you are. It's a real great place to improve your art skills (sequential or otherwise) and have a lot of fun at the same time. With your skills, I'm sure you'd be welcomed with open arms.
