I would say yes, reading is a hobby. It takes up my time before bed. I am currently reading a book called Sabriel by Garth Nix. I am also reading Show Stopper! by Geraldine McCaughrean. And several other books.

Reading is awsome! My fav. genre is sci-fi/fantasy. Generally I'll enjoy any book in that gernre that is written well and isnt twisted.

I heart to read.
I just finished Harry Potter 5 - Eep, I know, I'm so behind.
I think next on my list is The Illustrated Man by Ray Bradbury, however, my time will most likely be occupied by reading manga and playing video games before I actually get to it. sweatdrop

Since April I've read 17 books as of now. 12 I've finished.
The last book I read to completion was Dune. I love sci-fi and crazyass fiction in general, but there is the odd "slice of life" story I enjoy like Huckleberry Finn or Of Mice And Men.

I love reading...so much. It is definitely a hobby in my opinion. I've just finished reading Maximum Ride: School's Out by James Patterson. Anyone that hasn't read the Maximum Ride books should. They are based off of another series James Patterson wrote starting with The Lake House, which I just started yesterday.
