Road by the Sea

[Strideo]

You are on a road that runs roughly east and west with a slight curve to the south as it goes off to the west. To the north not very far off is the egde of a forest and to the south down a gentle grassy slope you can see a large sandy beach where ocean waves lap against it's shore. To the east the road continues and the land rises gently to a hill top and farther west the road goes on curving a little to the south. There isn't much right near the road here in this grassy path of land other than some large rocks that could provide a nice place to sit and rest.

Nothing but the cooling scent of salt water and swaying patches of flora. Beautiful. Artemis sits herself down on a rock and - again - rubs her leg.

"That feels better," she rolls her head back ans closes her eyes, letting the steady winds arrange her raven-black hair on a disheveled manner.

She stretches her good arm up, yawning. It felt good to yawn; even better to take a power nap. Seeing as the area was undisturbed unlike the others, she could hopefully rest without any expectation of a horde attack. Closing her eyes, she buries her head on her hands... consciousness escaping her green eyes.

Artemis wakes up a half hour later, feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on another horde.

"Bring it on... I like it big," she walks off to the West with pride.

Keeping a steady pace, the two travelers kept moving along to the west, the only sound permeating the silence being the crunching of Fairlee's heels and her constant humming. Long past getting used to it, Lucifer stayed silent and lost in thought as they continued.

Damn this blizzard!, Becca thought as snow fell into her eyes. "GAH!" she yelled for a moment, now getting melted snow in her eye. Hopefully it wasn't yellow.
She marched through, and kept on east.
