There's no purple wizard's dress, so I have to make do with this red one. crying
There are also no Arabic magical-looking puffy pants and shoes, so let's try the Taj set and Leather Elf Shoes instead... The Curly Elf Shoes seem to have the right shape, but their colour is completely off.
I have no idea what the thing on his neck is. It looks like a combination of a lower-worn Spirited Scarf and a set of pom-poms... Using a regular scarf to cover up one-half of a 4th Amigo Tie might look alright here, but the pom-poms are supposed to be a lighter colour than the shirt, so I can't use red...

You could try the Gung Xi pants though they are blue/purple in colour.
