Lyokia haha I make a mean grilled cheese...on a frying pan..yummm! i always butter the pan a good amount (throw a small square in and melt it down) the rule I use issss: if the flame is small, the cheese will melt faster than the bread and the bread will be a little toasted. if the flame is big, the bread will prob burn before the cheese is melted. So usually use a medium size flame (about half way between the extremes on the stove) also it helps if you constantly push down with a spatulua on the grilled cheese. This helps melt the cheese. Plus practice makes perfect!
