MY FATE
If only I knew that I would have been able to find you
without the softness of voice,
I would have been able to.
But as a failure, I couldn't.
Is it my job to fail?
outcast of former friends
future friends
and what has been what i have desired for so long
had it not open for me?
My opportunity for something to work?
How would I ever know?
If you told me I would. A promise. No lies.
But having looked back, I realized: I failed myself, not you.
