This is a story about the simple girl at school
who was not treated the way she deserved.
She was 15 going on 16.
Her parents were just there.
They did nothing out of their way for her,
but gave her the support to make it through life.
She always had a large group of friends,
but they were shrinking over time.
She had about 7 close friends,
only the beginning of the year,
she had 12.
She was a freshman
and fresh meat for the other girls.
She was not the perfect child,
but not the demolition juvinielle.
Her mind was always occupied
with thoughts of the perfect life.
She had a crush on one of the cutest guys in school,
and she would doodle on all of her papers.
It was the last period of the day.
All she had to do was make it through History.
She did not sit in her usual seat in the front,
insted she sat in the back.
One girl came up and told her to get out of her seat.
Respecting her wishes, she moved,
but was quickly asked to move again.
Her seat eventually ended up being in the far side of the room
away from everyone else.
The teacher was going crazy, and had to leave the room.
The students began to talk amongst themselves.
She overheard the other two girls talking about her.
They would look back and start laughing at her.
The next day, the teacher decided to take them outside.
She sat at the top of the bleachers, watching all the girls flirt with the guys,
and all the guys act strong while playing football.
Those two girls were sitting on the bleachers as well,
talking about her again.
She walked over to ask them to stop.
One of the girls called her names,
while the other one joined in and moched her.
She just turned around and walked away.
She went home that day crying.
Her parents did not notice she was locked in her room all night.
The pillow on her bed was wet with tears,
and her blanket was wrapped around her body
as a sense of coverage from the world.
That night she broke loose from her collective self.
The next morning
she woke up to a room completely torn apart.
She decided to skip school for her first time ever
Her parents thought she had already gone to school,
so they left for work without realizing she was in her room.
The rest of the day she spent tairing up clothes,
and dyeing her hair black.
She lost all hope of being cared for by anyone.
Her mind already set on how she would never be loved.
She had watched as her mother split up with many guys,
and yet she chose this one just to have around.
All hope lost,
her body felt lifeless.
She decided to go to school this day.
Her clothes were all black,
ripped, and made to fit her new personality.
Anyone that came around her, instantly walked away.
Everyone feared her.
After the last period of the day,
she did not have to deal with those girls, but insted
she wrote notes to all of her friends saying how much
she cared for them.
She even wrote a note to the guy she had a crush on.
That night she took the knife from the kitchen and walked into her bathroom.
She filled the tub with cold water.
She got in,
fully dressed.
and dunked her head under the water.
The next day,
her friends put up an announcement for their dear friend.
It said: "Rest in Peace to a friend who died because of assholes who don't care about anyone but themselves."
